I originate from Kelowna and possess Nicaraguan ancestry. With prior experiences of traversing to California for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions, where I secured gold medals, and subsequently relocating to Nicaragua to establish my grappling academy at the tender age of 23, I possess a deep appreciation for the determination indispensable in attaining personal ambitions. Furthermore, undertaking the endeavor of inaugurating the same enterprise on three separate occasions - the initial unveiling, subsequent to the upheaval of the 2018 civil conflict, and once more following the unprecedented challenges presented by the ongoing pandemic - has endowed me with invaluable insights into the art of successfully initiating and managing a business entity from an early stage.

The venture proved lucrative, yet my perspective has transitioned from managing a business to obtaining knowledge and making financial investments in the realm of real estate. With the recent completion of my wife's law degree, we collectively resolved to relocate to Canada with the intent of pursuing our vision and attaining mastery in the field of real estate.
